I did a little research and asked women in my life what they do to get in touch with their feminine side and here are the nine tips that they shared with me.

No matter if you have lost your femininity along the way or if you are just exploring your feminine side for the first time, getting in touch with your feminine side doesn’t have to be difficult. We are all different, so I will give you a range of ideas to get you started on your journey.

1) Find what feels sensual to you and do more of that

This could be anything from wearing softer fabrics, listening to music with a slower tempo, or savoring the flavors of food.

It doesn’t really matter what you do as long as it feels sensual to you and makes you get in touch with your more feminine side.

The key here is to get in touch with your senses and get a feel for what feels good to you.

2) Read more on femininity and get inspired

There are a lot of great books on the topic, so get to reading and get inspired. You can look into different cultures and philosophies to get a broader perspective on femininity. As a child, I grew up with a single mother. My mother always had to be tough and strong to make up for the lack of a man in our family.

I always wanted to make my mother proud. So I tried my best to be strong and independent like her. But it was hard – I missed the warmth of a man’s love in our home.
