Life has been crazy lately.

Many of us are asked to step up and show up as a completely new version of ourselves.

We are shedding our past – old people, old wounds, old habits, old ways of being.

Even though I love all the changes that are happening, it’s still hard to let go of the past.

Letting go of the old comfort zone, that felt soooo comfortable.

Now I am completely transforming into something new.

And I need NEW CORE HABITS that will support me to become my new version.

The power of morning affirmations

I wanted to set up a morning routine, that will give me the right energy – every day.

I felt guided to add morning affirmations.

Morning affirmations serve as a way to set up your mindset every day.

As they become a part of your routine, your mind starts developing new thought patterns.

These affirmations will become easier and easier to remember.

It will happen to you, that during the day you will catch yourself repeating these affirmations on autopilot.

And that’s what we want.

We want new empowering thought patterns, replacing the old fearful negative ones.

I am not a fan of long extensive morning routines. I want something that is quick and powerful.

For me, affirmations are the way to go.

How to use affirmations?

You can simply just read them, speak them out loud or write them down.

For me personally, the best option is to grab my journal right when I wake up and write each of them down. 

I try to do it as a form of meditation.

Dropping into my body. Dropping into the feeling.

Opening my mind to these statements and imagining how I would feel if all of them were true.

I recommend doing this right when you wake up.

That’s the time your mind is the most receptive.

After doing this you should feel empowered and calm.

If not, try to choose different affirmations which feel more true to yourself at this moment.

The main goal is to UPLIFT YOUR VIBRATION. To feel better.

So take your feelings as guidance whether it works for you or not.
