One way to unblock your feminine energy is to bring more softness into your life. Do often walk too fast and speak too loudly? Do you only wear black colors? Are you always on the go, trying to achieve, and juggling a million things?

Sometimes, it can be helpful to bring more softness into our lives so that we can connect with our feminine energy. This might mean slowing down, speaking softly, wearing softer colors, and taking some time for yourself every day.

Bringing more softness into your life is a gentle way to unblock your feminine energy.

2) Question what you have learned about femininity in your family

The major step to unblocking your feminine energy is to question everything you have learned about femininity in your past. What did you learn about femininity from your mother and the women in your family? Did your mother show up as masculine or feminine? How have these messages affected the way you automatically behave in the present?

It is important to become aware of the messages you received about femininity in your early life so that you can start to create your own ideas that will best support what you want from life.

As a child, I grew up with a single mother. My mother always had to be tough and strong to make up for the lack of a man in our family.

I always wanted to make my mother proud. So I tried my best to be strong and independent like her. But it was hard – I missed the warmth of a man’s love in our home.
