Investing in yourself basically means putting your time, effort, and money into the areas of your life you want to grow.
The more you invest, the more these areas gain momentum.
You can choose who you want to be.
What are the skills, looks, mindset you want to have?
And then you invest in those areas – your energy, money, and time.
What happens when we are not mindful of this, is that we keep investing in the same old areas in our lives.
Then not much is happening in our lives.
Nothing is changing.
The same actions lead to the same results.
And we feel stuck.
Choose who you want to be
What are the new areas of your life you want to invest in?
Who do you want to become?
You are free to choose anything.
New career, a new hobby, new look, new relationship, new attitude, new habits, …
You are free to choose anything, as long as it’s AUTHENTIC TO YOU.
When your desires are authentic, they are supported.
Authentic desires resonate with you. They move you. You know it is your path to become that person.
How to invest in yourself as a woman
Now when you know what you want, you direct your energy to it.
I will explain 6 ways how to invest in yourself as a woman.
The first 3 are feminine approaches. The last 3 are masculine approaches.
Feminine is more about feelings and intentions. Masculine is direction and action.
You need to combine both!
I don’t want you to be stuck in just wishing for things and doing nothing.
I also don’t want you to push too hard, bulldozing yourself.
Connect to your desires and create momentum.
Find a quiet place and think about what it is you want.
Journal or visualize.
Imagine the end result.
The purpose of this is to back up your desires by your emotions.
What does it mean for you to be that person? How do you feel? Do you feel happy, excited, relieved, safe? Are you proud of yourself?
Propel yourself into the future, see that future version of yourself.
Stay in those positive emotions as long as you can.
You don’t have to do everything yourself.
You can ask for help.
By praying you let go of the pressure to figure out everything yourself.
Pray for becoming stronger, for being supported, for being guided.
3. clearing your limiting beliefs
On your journey, you will encounter many blocks.
These are your limiting beliefs holding you back.
They feel very real.
”No matter how much I try, I will never get there.”
”I am not that type of person.”
”There is something wrong with me”
”I am lazy”
”I don’t have the time and money to do that”
These beliefs are not real.
Changing them is a part of the journey.
Most of your empowerment will come from realizing you can change these beliefs!
“For the first time ever, I feel like I understand my femininity. I’d already begun seeing breakthroughs and improvements in my relationships. This program has been a true gift.”
To become a writer, you need to write.
To become fit, you need to work out.
There is no other way around it.
Identify what that future version of yourself does and do it.
You may have problems starting.
But the answer is always: JUST START.
I am the type of person, who would rather save money.
But sometimes spending money is the way forward.
Maybe you really need new clothes to level up your looks.
Maybe you need to get a therapist to help you break your negative mindset.
When you see money as a tool, you invest it in the things that will make your future better.
6. experiment and take risks
Usually, the things that make the most difference, are the things that feel the most uncomfortable.
If you want to move quickly, you need to jump.
Miracles always happen in the unknown.
I am always looking for what scares me the most.
If I feel a huge resistance to starting a blog, it’s the thing I need to do. If I feel terrified to go on a date, I know it is the right next step.
The more you expose yourself, the more you begin to trust in the unknown.
Then you use resistance as a guide, where to go
No matter where you are right now, you can start shifting your life towards what you desire.
Just shift your focus to THE NEW.
Day by day.
And one day you will find yourself there.
Have a good day,
